All three apartments are alojamento local homes in Peniche, within walking distance of the sand. Peniche Beach Apartment — Bay faces the main bay and is described as across the street from the sand. Peniche Beach Apartment — Fishermen is a short walk from the bay and from Supertubes. SurfPeniche — Ocean View is in the Papôa area, with a balcony and an ocean view. Baleal is nearby for a beach or surf day; these apartments are not in Baleal.
Which apartment is best for surfing in Peniche?
Fishermen suits surfers who want the bay and Supertubes on foot, with surf schools and shops in town. Ocean View works as a surf-trip base with an Atlantic view near Papôa. Bay is a straightforward base for beginners and intermediates using the bay. We do not publish metre-by-metre distances to each break until they are confirmed.
Do you have 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments?
Yes. Bay and Fishermen are T1 apartments (one bedroom). SurfPeniche — Ocean View is a T2 with two bedrooms. Bay also has a bed in the living room, alongside the couple bedroom. How many guests each apartment can host is still to confirm with the host.

The apartments are in Peniche. Ocean View is in the Papôa area of Peniche. Baleal is a neighbouring surf and beach spot, an easy trip from town, not the address of these homes. We will confirm a drive time before publishing one.
Do you offer monthly or long-stay rates?
A month is 980 € at Fishermen, 1,105 € at Bay and 1,275 € at Ocean View from November to May, and 1,350 €, 1,500 € and 1,750 € in September, October and June. July and August are quote only. Every published figure includes rent, electricity, water, Wi-Fi, check-in cleaning and taxes, with a 28-night minimum.
Is the apartment suitable for remote work?
The apartments are furnished and include Wi-Fi. Bay’s photos show a desk and an office chair. Fishermen’s listing notes include a workspace, and the living-room photos show a table and chairs. A dedicated desk at Ocean View is not published. We do not publish a connection speed, a coworking space, or a ranking among nomad towns.
